More Bad News For Democrats

Iraq's national security adviser boldly stated today that the Zarqawi strike and the subsequent “treasure” of intelligence found at the scene, is “the beginning of the end of Al Qaeda in Iraq”. BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) - Iraq's national security adviser said Thursday a "huge treasure" of documents and computer records was seized after the raid on terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's hideout, giving the Iraqi government the upper hand in its fight against al-Qaida in Iraq.

"We believe that this is the beginning of the end of al-Qaida in Iraq," al-Rubaie said, adding that the documents showed al-Qaida is in "pretty bad shape," politically and in terms of training, weapons and media.

Since the Zarqawi killing, US and Iraqi forces have carried out more than 400 raids and have killed over 100 terrorist-insurgents. The raids, many of which were conducted by the Iraqis alone, also resulted in the capture of 759 insurgents. This is great news... except if you’re a Democrat. Especially one pushing for immediate withdraw [surrender] from Iraq.

Al Qaeda is being decimated in that country and their internal
documents along with their seemingly desperate war plans prove that. Unless, of course, you’re an anti-American newspaper with hopes of convincing your readers these documents are fake. This is how desperate the far-left is to prop up Al Qaeda and to attack the US. The Guardian website did report on the captured Intel but could not summon the journalistic integrity to report a positive story in favor of America.

Guardian) Analysts [who've seen the Zarqawi document] said the language differed from the vocabulary normally used in al-Qaida statements posted on the internet. It does not, for example, refer to the US as "crusaders" or use the term "rejectionists" when referring to Shias. [Uh, Al Qaeda websites are propaganda tools which use terms like crusaders and rejectionists to stir up anger against the coalition. Internal documents are not going to use unnecessary phrasing like the ones listed above…you morons.]

The document has also aroused scepticism because it appeared precisely tailored to suggest situations the US military and Iraqi government say they are hoping for. [When the left is desperate you can always count on them to make up some conspiracy theory. It’s like clockwork.]

Anyway, as I said, good news in Iraq means bad news for the far-left. Do you remember the reaction they had when the news of Zarqawi broke? They just can’t take it…Why I Hate the Far-Left
