We the People and Al Qaeda...

The NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program, in a lawsuit filed by the ACLU, has been ruled unconstitutional by US District Court judge Anna Diggs Taylor. And just for the record, Taylor was appointed by none other than Jimmy Carter, the country’s foremost terrorist-enabler.

This ruling is a welcomed one by the far-left who have wished for no less than the complete removal of all realistic terrorist-fighting methods and who are under the false impression, according the FISA Act author, that the NSA’s program is illegal. However, the ruling of one Carter-appointed judge will be appealed and will likely be overturned in the near future. For those of us who are worried that this vital program will be shut down need not panic but only realize how important it is to vote Republican in November and in 2008; so that we ensure that no more insane judges are nominated to such important seats of power.
