Cheating Bitch Indicted After Husband Kills Lover

When a husband caught his wife cheating on him with her lover in a pickup truck, he shot the man in the head after she, in a moment of panic, cried rape.

(
ABC News) Darrell Roberson came home from a card game late one night to find his wife rolling around with another man in a pickup truck in the driveway.

Caught in the act with her lover, Tracy Denise Roberson thinking quickly, if not clearly cried rape, authorities say. Her husband pulled a gun and killed the other man with a shot to the head... On Thursday, a grand jury handed up a manslaughter indictment against the wife, not the husband.

You have to applaud the grand jury for charging the wife instead of the husband. A man is dead, a husband is crushed and the lives of family members are forever changed... all because some skank can’t go 5 minutes without spreading her legs.

The December night before the shooting, Tracy Roberson sent LaSalle [her lover] a text message that read in part, "Hi friend, come see me please! I need to feel your warm embrace!" according to court papers. LaSalle apparently agreed [Obviously, a huge mistake, Ed].

“Message to the Democratic Party Leadership”

Cpl Chris Mason: “We chose to join the Army, knowing that we would probably come over here….We’re the fabric that holds the flag together.”

(Press-Register) Chris Mason, 32, was a member of the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. He once told his brother over the telephone that “he loved being (in Iraq) and waking up there because it was another day helping those people,” Garland Mason said.

“He talked about it a lot. He loved the people, he loved the children that would come out and hold his hand and walk with him. He loved training the Iraqi army. He had a great relationship with the Iraqis.”

Amidst chaos and the barbarity of the terrorist-insurgents a young child comforts the young soldier with the touch of a hand. -And While Democrats in the House and Senate are busy slandering American Forces, Cpl Mason's father was posting his son's message from Iraq.

X-Files 2: The Truth Is Out There

The greatest show in the history of shows is once again coming back to the big screen. At least that’s what I want to believe:

(
Entertainment Weekly) It's been nine years since the first ''X-Files'' movie, but Gillian Anderson's manager says that once a pending legal matter clears up, the only thing in the way of a sequel is ''the delivery of a great script''

Nothing about The X-Files is ever straightforward, but it seems quite possible that the long-awaited sequel to the X-Files movie could get back in production some time soon.

The story dates back to last June, five years after the Fox show went off the air and nine years since the release of the first X-Files movie, when series exec producer Frank Spotnitz told EW that most of the plot to a big-screen sequel had been ''worked out.'' Then, in September, David Duchovny reportedly confirmed that he, Gillian Anderson, and creator Chris Carter were all willing to do a second movie but that some legal issues...

For those of you, like myself, who’ve had their hopes dashed by previous exclamations of an upcoming sequel, have a little bit more to look forward to. David Duchovny has confirmed everything is set to start X-Files 2 and has even pushed the idea of a third movie if the second does well; which it will

Some obvious questions have to do with the characters of Agent Dogett and Monica Reyes who came along towards the end of the series. As well as just where the film will pick up in terms of past storylines.

But no matter where the plot takes us or which characters are brought back... when it comes to the X-Files and Chris Carter, it hardly disappoints

Shock: Jesse Jackson Will Vote for Obama

He does know that Obama is only half-black, right?

The Rev. Jesse Jackson told my colleague Ryan Grim today that he'll cast his vote for Barack Obama. Grim emails: Rev. Jesse Jackson, a two-time presidential candidate and influential Democrat, told The Politico today that he plans to vote for Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) in the Democratic primary.

“He’ll get my vote,” said Jackson, who has also warned Obama not to take the black vote for granted. In January, he spoke highly of Obama in an interview with CNN but stopped short of an endorsement.

Phew, that’s a relief! I was afraid he was going to vote for the white she-devil or one of us evil Nazi-cons.

-Seriously though, I hate to be the one to tell you Dems this... but Obama is going to be a non-factor when it comes down to the actual presidential nomination. I really hope you’re not pinning your presidential dreams on a man who has less experience than a middle school hall monitor.

Republican For Harold Ford Jr.

I recently wrote an article called “Where Have All the Leaders Gone?”, which expressed my displeasure with the lack of Republican leadership and the lack of viable presidential candidates (absent of Condi Rice). In the piece I said I would vote for the first person, democrat or republican, who would provide this country with real leadership. Well, I think I found that man... and he is a Democrat.

Mr. Harold Ford Jr. is the complete package and he most definitely has the ability to lead this country with the strength of Bush’s first term and the calculative positioning of the Clinton administration. He is someone who understands the war on terror but will take the time to make the correct decisions in terms of foreign policy; decisions, which President Bush has proved (with the disaster in Iraq), need long and in-depth contemplative reasoning.

He was a member of the
Blue Dog Coalition in the House of Representatives and according to many sources he urged his fellow Democrats to be more supportive of the war in Iraq. And for my friends on the far-right, you might be interested to know that he supports a federal amendment to ban gay marriage and was even against providing same-sex couples similar benefits as married couples. Although, he is in favor of the pipe-dream known as universal healthcare and he’s not too big on the death penalty.

Obviously those stances don’t mean very much to me because honest disagreements about complicated issues is something I’m not opposed to. However, he and I are in agreement on one of the most important issues in my mind; and that happens to be partial-birth abortion. He voted to ban such medical procedures unlike Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama who both support this barbaric and inhumane practice.

But more importantly, I see leadership in him. I see what I don’t see in any other Democrat running for president. And for that matter, any Republican running for the top spot. I encourage every American who cares for his country to look into the background of Harold Ford Jr. and decide what type of man or woman we want running this country. It would be nice If the Democrats nominated Ford for the Presidency of the United States. Unfortunately, I see no attempt or inclination, on his part, to run for president nor do I believe the DNC has the intellectual capacity to choose a proper nominee.

So, we might be stuck with the same ole same ole. But, there’s always hope.

As Real As It Gets, Folks

Scientists have created a sheep that is 15% human in the hopes to advance the prospect of using animal organs in human transplant procedures.

Human-Animal Chimera

(Daily Mail) Scientists have created the world's first human-sheep chimera - which has the body of a sheep and half-human organs.

The sheep have 15 per cent human cells and 85 per cent animal cells - and their evolution brings the prospect of animal organs being transplanted into humans one step closer.

The future seems to be catching up to us. Soon, there will be actual human-animal hybrids walking this earth. And to be honest, it brings a slight sickness to my stomach.

Question: So does this mean Mary can Marry her little lamb?

How Modern Liberals Think

The entire point of this blog is to get across, to as many Americans as possible, the message you will see here. Even if you’re a liberal, watch the video and try to understand where we are coming from... because we certainly know where you’re coming from: Posted @ Ace of Spades.

Any Questions

House Passes Timetable for Withdrawal

The Democrats got their little timetable Bill passed in the House and they seem very proud to be on their high horse of hypocrisy! -I was trying for the past few months to lighten up on these sorry excuses of Americans because I felt this country owed them at least some leeway after the 2006 election. But no more!

I have literally become disgusted with how far this current majority of congress has gone in its efforts to stab this president, and the troops he commands, in the back. The bill has little chance of making it through the senate and will definitely be vetoed by the President of the United States.

Given that, we can only conclude that the Democratic Party is holding up vital war funds to placate their insane liberal base. Their treacherous conduct truly knows no bounds and I’m sick of having to look at Nancy Pelosi wave her little gavel around, with her botoxed smile, as if she represents honor and the country of America! She represents nothing of the sort! She and her ilk represent weakness and represent everything wrong with this country! She and her minions of retarded nutroots can all go to hell!

From slandering the military to effectively assisting Al Qaeda by disclosing intelligence, to the supporting and sympathizing with people like Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the democrats have been more consistently on the side of our enemies than any other fascist or radical group on this earth.

Finally, The president laid into the Dems earlier this afternoon... you can see that video here. But to remind these assholes: They voted for this war! They supported this war! They pushed for this war! And yet continue to pretend as if they somehow bear no responsibility for it and they continue to aid and comfort the enemy!

Bill To Require Ultrasound Before Abortions

In South Carolina, a bill is steam rolling its way through the State [Legislature] that would require all patients to view an ultrasound of the fetus before making a decision on whether or not to continue with the termination of that fetus.

(
Union Tribune) With calls of emotional blackmail from opponents, a measure requiring women seeking abortions to first review ultrasound images of their fetuses advanced Wednesday in the South Carolina Legislature.

Some states make ultrasound images available to women before an abortion, but South Carolina would be alone in requiring women to view the pictures... Proponents hope women will change their minds after seeing an ultrasound.

I don’t know what to make of this legislative measure. I agree with the concept and every person who wishes to destroy a growing life should see what exactly it is they are destroying. Because it isn’t just a blob of protoplasm... the baby has a face, arms, legs, and it has life.

However, I’m not sure if I agree with forcing a woman to have to view her fetus right before the abortion. It’s not ‘emotional blackmail’ as I’m sure many pro-choice activists will continue to label it but it is an effort to change the mind of the woman. Although, having an abortion is a medical procedure which should require doctors to disclose all relevant information to the patient; including the ultrasound.

Insurgents Freeing The Kids of Iraq... To Pieces!

Normally, US Forces allow cars to pass checkpoints in Iraq when there happen to be young children in the backseats. Obviously, the terrorist-insurgents studied this occurrence and modified their tactics to take advantage of our notions of honorable warfare.

(
Breitbart.Com) Insurgents in Iraq detonated an explosives-rigged vehicle with two children in the back seat after US soldiers let it through a Baghdad checkpoint over the weekend, a senior US military official said Tuesday.

The vehicle was stopped at the checkpoint but was allowed through when soldiers saw the children in the back, said Major General Michael Barbero of the Pentagon's Joint Staff.

"Children in the back seat lowered suspicion. We let it move through. They parked the vehicle, and the adults ran out and detonated it with the children in the back," Barbero said.

Cindy Sheehan must be so proud of her brave freedom fighters. I mean, it takes a lot of honor to pack a car full of explosives and children and then run away to detonate them. --And to think that if these terrorists were caught and put in a naked pyramid at Abu Ghraib, they would garner the sympathy of many Democrats.

Man To Be Executed For Overpricing

Is this what the far-left means when they say China is coming around?

(
Washington Post) To hear Chinese authorities tell it, Wang Zhendong is a danger to society, the worst kind of person, one who took advantage of his fellow citizens' naivete and trust. Last month, a court here gave him the death penalty for his crimes. - Wang's misdeed: selling overpriced ant farms to the public.

Hey, killed for overpricing some ant farms. That must be some of the human rights that got China elected to the Human Rights Council at the United Nations. Or maybe it was those Execution Buses?

I don't know but any way you look at it, this type of behavior and the lack of outrage it gathers from some people is very telling. It shows the extent to which the Left is willing to go to ignore outrages atrocities from enemies of the United States in order to focus on denouncing their own country. Innocent people being tortured and executed in countries like China and North Korea is no big deal to them... but terrorists, having to listen to loud music is completely abhorrent and thus requires the comparisons to Nazi Germany.

And to think, China is their last hope to counter the evil global power of the United States.

'Bong Hits 4 Jesus' Hits the SC

The Supreme Court is set to hear a case made famous during the 2002 Olympic torch run when high school student Joseph Frederick unfurled, for the TV cameras, a huge banner with the phrase, "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" written across the face.

(
Washington Post) By his own admission, he did it for the juvenile, albeit innocent, reasons that it was funny and it would get him on TV. His principal at the time, Deborah Morse, did not see the humor, but probably noticed the TV cameras and asked him to remove the banner. When he refused, she tore down the sign and suspended him for 10 days... Frederick sued, alleging that she had violated his right to freedom of speech. The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed with him, ruling that school officials may not "punish and censor non-disruptive" speech by students at school-sponsored events simply because they object to the message.

On one side of the case is Kenneth Starr, who is defending the principal, Deborah Morse. And on the other side of the case is the ACLU, who is defending Mr. Frederick. Now usually, I wouldn’t side with the ACLU or the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals but in this instance, I have to. Because you can’t censor funny, damn it! And 'Bong Hits 4 Jesus' is undeniably funny.

When I was in high school I had my share of run-ins with misguided authority figures. I’ve had to turn T-shirts inside-out and had several baseball hats confiscated for no real reason other than it “violated school policy”. The way I looked at it was, I violated the so-called school policy but they were violating my constitutional rights. Not to mention, since we are a huge highschool football town, the policy was never enforced when it came to students who played that particular sport.

So, I hope Joseph Frederick wins this case for all of us who have had to put up with overbearing principals and school staff. Unless the student is using speech that is hateful or speech which is obviously offensive you can’t stop him or her from exercising their freedom. This is America, after all.

300

I was planning to watch “300 on the first night it came out. Unfortunately, my life got in the way and I wasn’t able to see it until Friday afternoon. But better late than never, my invisible friend likes to say.

By far, this movie is one of the most visually stunning epics I have ever seen. It takes it one notch above the look and feel of another of Frank Miller’s movies, “Sin City”.

From the slow motion fight scenes to the look of the Spartans themselves... everything is incredible. I’m not going to go into a long review because you can find one anywhere and because frankly, people will make up their own mind about the film. But I will say that this movie is worth seeing and is like nothing else in theaters.

However, the movie is loosely based on facts so If you want historical accuracy for your noggin, then read a book. But if you want high level entertainment, check out “300".

As far as the politics are concerned: Yes, the undertone of the movie is somewhat pro-Bush and very pro-American. Especially in terms of the war on terror and the type of enemies we face. But that shouldn’t stop anyone from seeing or enjoying the movie.

Nagin: Govt. Trying to Turn NO into White Chocolate

The Mayor of "Chocolate City" suggested on Thursday night that the slow recovery after Hurricane Katrina is part of a scheme to de-choclify the city of New Orleans.

(
Washington Post) New Orleans Mayor C. Ray Nagin has suggested that the slow recovery and rebuilding of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina -- which has prevented many black former residents from returning -- is part of a plan to change the racial makeup and political leadership of his and other cities.

"Ladies and gentlemen, what happened in New Orleans could happen anywhere," Nagin said. "They are studying this model of natural disasters, dispersing the community and changing the electoral process in that community."

I’m not quite sure, from reading the WAPO article, who exactly ‘they’ are but I assume ‘they’ are white and probably republican. It could be Karl Rove, that’s always a classic. Since, according to some of Nagin's pals, it was George Bush who used strategically placed explosives to flood all of the black neighborhoods, it makes sense that Rove would be the heartless cracker who is purposefully slowing down the rebuilding.

--But you gotta hand it to the people of New Orleans... they reelected this guy

Where Have All The Leaders Gone?

In my relatively short life I have been a longtime supporter of President George W. Bush. I voted for the man in 2004 and switched political parties because of his leadership after the attacks of September 11th, 2001. However, the expectations I set for this Administration have been lagging at best, and completely unacceptable, at worst. Although, this government, with regards to the war on terror, has done remarkably well; Notwithstanding the horrid failure of Operation Iraqi Freedom. But this is not about George Bush or my discontent with his presidency; this is about the lack of strong Republican leadership and the upcoming presidential elections.

What do we know? We know that none of the current class of presidential hopefuls is willing to actually secure the southern border of the United States of America. We know Rudy G. is weak, in the eyes of conservatives on social issues. We know, many on the far-right, view John McCain as a traitor-of-sorts in terms of his political ideology. We know that Mitt Romney is too handsome to be President; not to mention that Mormon thing really doesn’t fly well with evangelical Christians. We also know that when it comes down to simple feeling, none of these candidates are leaders.

I happen to want, if the choice is just those three, to see John McCain get the top spot. He really is the only one, out of the three, who actually has, at least, the partial ability to be president. I know many people on the far-right and some of my Republican friends disagree completely. But the truth is... he’s the only one. Yes, Rudy did a great job after 9/11 and yes Romney has been a fairly effective governor, but I just don’t see it.

The real choice for us hawkish Republicans is naturally the incredibly smart and the incredibly talented, Condoleezza Rice. She, and likely only she, has my vote for the 2008 election. -You might be thinking, but Condi hasn’t even announced her candidacy. I assure you, she will run and she will win.

More to the point: I don’t like political pandering and I don’t vote for people who aren’t willing to do what is necessary for the country, even at the expense of their political livelihood. And, for me, it’s all about the primary issue facing this country, as well as the direct and indirect consequences involved with that issue. The war on terror, or however you want to phrase it, is important. We are facing an enemy that is very determined and the last thing we need in this country is a damn waffler. I’ve said it before on this blog and I’ll say it again: I will vote for the right person, for the right reasons, during difficult times, no matter the party affiliation.

So far, the Democratic Party has no leaders. And they certainly don’t have individuals willing to base their decisions on what’s best for the country. And I’m afraid, in the absence of Condi, Republicans have no real leaders either.

the point is: it really shouldn’t be about partisan politics, it should be about the betterment of the United States. And I’m voting for the first person I see, Democrat or Republican, who shows me real leadership. People are dying and we are at war... I know to some people that reality is just a minor inconvenience getting in the way of their partisan agenda but for the rest of us, we need more than just the same old BS we've been shoveled, from both parties, for the past 5 1/2 years.

Dems Support Bush Tax Cuts?

Democrats Won't Cut War Funding and Will Not Roll Back Bush Tax Cuts

The Democratic Party will be putting out their 2008 Budget today; a budget which might have the fringe elements of their party, up in arms.

(
USA Today) Senate Democrats will unveil a 2008 budget today that would boost spending for uninsured children, students and veterans without cutting funds for defense or the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The budget also would not roll back any of President Bush's tax cuts after 2010, when they are set to expire. It says the tax cuts can be extended if they are paid for.

But is this an endorsement of the fact that this economy has done very well and the Bush tax cuts have worked to bring us out of a recession and the devastating economic impact this country sustained from the attack on 9/11? Or is it merely political posturing for 2008? All I can say is: either way, the anti-war left won’t be very happy considering they voted for “change”.

In fact, the budget is most notable for what it would not do, despite Democrats' attacks: reduce Bush's war spending or tax cuts. Senate Democrats do not want to be seen as hurting troops or taxpayers.

They’re either very smart or incredibly stupid. Given their recent history I’ll let you decide which one is more likely.

Here We Go Again

Remember the vast right-wing conspiracy which, at the time, according to Hillary, falsely painted Bill Clinton as a lying adulterer? Well, it’s back and stronger than ever!

(
Breitbart) Presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton told Democrats Tuesday the "vast, right-wing conspiracy" is back, using a phrase she once coined to describe partisan criticism.

On Tuesday, she asserted the conspiracy is alive and well, and cited as proof the Election Day 2002 case of phone jamming in New Hampshire, a case in which two Republican operatives pleaded guilty to criminal charges, and a third was convicted.

"To the New Hampshire Democratic party's credit, they sued and the trail led all the way to the Republican National Committee. So if anybody tells you there is no vast right-wing conspiracy, tell them that New Hampshire has proven it in court," she said.

Okay, maybe that doesn’t seem all that “vast” but it is something right? It’s like that time when the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee sent in operatives to steal the financial records of former lt. Governor Michael Steele.

Or the Democrats organized efforts to give illegal aliens and convicted felons voting rights. Or all of those dead people who happen to vote for Democratic candidates every election cycle... hmm, maybe it’s a vast Dead-Guy conspiracy from beyond the grave, who knows? But I’m afraid!

Celebrities 'Forget They’re Stupid'

Danny Bonaduce, in one of the funniest videos I’ve seen on CNN's "Showbiz Tonight", slams the self-important celebrity, as well as, mocks everybody’s favorite big mouth, Rosie O’Donnell. -Video-

There’s something that the American people forget or never knew in the first place - that most, and I wont paint it with too broad of a brush- that most celebrities are stupid. And I mean that because by the time they become a celebrity it's because they failed to learn any other trait... and what happens is, they forget they’re stupid. And because millions of people are willing to listen to them, all of sudden they believe they actually have something to say.
I couldn’t have said it better myself. Certain celebrities jump to mind when thinking about the “forget they’re stupid” category. Let’s see, Tim Robbins, Susan Sarandon, Sean Penn, George Clooney and the rest of the Hollywoodites all believe they have something to say; when in reality, they have just forgotten the simple fact that they’re not too bright.

Later in the interview, speaking about Rosie and her comments claiming American Idol is racist and “weightist”, he points out how overweight Randy Jackson is and then makes fun of Paula Abdul’s seemingly intoxicated states.

Has anybody looked at Randy Jackson lately? And he sits right next to Paula Abdul who, if is not intoxicated, has developed a rather serious speech impediment. And she sits next to an angry foreigner. The show could not be less racists; it’s the rainbow coalition.

So This is What They Mean by Diverse

If "diversity" means, intolerant of any view opposing your extreme beliefs and hysterical derangement, then yes, the far-left is very diverse. -As you probably already know, the Democratic Party recently proved just how diverse they can be by pulling out of a round of debates hosted by (god forbid) Fox News.

Naturally, the pressure came from some of the well known left-nuts like the Kos-Clown and the organization that admitted to buying and paying for the Democratic Party, MoveOn.Org. First they got John Edwards, who they literally own, to pull out of the debates and just yesterday forced the Nevada Democrats to withdraw from their commitment.

Majority Leader Harry Reid gave us a little
song and dance on the reason why he decided to pull-out of the event. According to him, the decision was based solely on the comments made by Roger Ailes (the chairman of Fox) about Barack Obama in a speech during the 1st Amendment Awards:

"We cannot, as good Democrats, put our party in a position to defend such comments," the letter said. "In light of his comments, we have concluded that it is not possible to hold a presidential debate that will focus on our candidates and are therefore cancelling our August debate".

So what, exactly, were the comments that forced Harry Reid to backout? Well, it was a joke in a series of jokes, meant as jokes, understood to be jokes by Harry Reid that compared Barack Obama, in a light way, to Osama Bin Laden. In fact, it wasn’t even at the expense of Obama; but rather at the expense of the President:
MediaBistro-

It is true that I said Britney Spears looked great at the Academy Awards. and I later found out it was Jack Nicholson.
[Laughter/ooohs]

It is true that just in the last two weeks Hillary Clinton has had over 200 phone calls telling her in order to win the presidency she must stay on the road for the next two years. It is not true they were all from Bill.
[Laughter]

And it is true that Barack Obama is on the move. I don't know if it's true that President Bush called Musharraf and said, 'Why can't we catch this guy?'
[Laughter]
Obviously, it had nothing to do with Roger Ailes but it is funny to see Harry Reid try to blame Fox News, not MoveOn.Org for the withdrawal. My favorite line was: “We cannot, as good democrats, be put in a position to defend such comments”. -I almost fell out of my chair laughing...

But as “Good Democrats”, they can be told what to do by the most fringe elements of their party at the detriment of tolerance and diverse opinion? Ahh, I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning.

Ban San Fran... From Banning Stuff

Just a few insane bans in place or planned from the city of San Fran:

-
tried to ban the words "mom" and "dad" from school textbooks.
-
tried to ban handguns.
-
banned the ROTC.
-
tried to ban “violent” video games.
-
tried to ban smoking in private homes.
-
tried to ban parents from spanking their children.

- And now they are considering the banning of plastic grocery bags: (
Houston Chronicle) Paper or plastic? Shoppers may get a twist on that old checkout line question if the city approves a ban on plastic grocery bags.

Six San Francisco supervisors want the city to prohibit large grocers from giving out the sacks, which are blamed for eating up fossil fuel, littering streets and choking wildlife.

I have to say that I live in Southern New Mexico and even our Mexican migrants are more American than most of San Francisco. -- Banning certain behavior or activities that do not adhere to a certain extreme ideology is a specialty of the far-left. It’s also a specialty of fascists...

Woman Sues Over Botched Abortion

What happens when your selfishness brings you to destroy your own growing daughter's life and then those damn doctors fail to flush that little bitch down the toilet? Well, you don’t give the nuisance up for adoption, you sue planned parenthood and the doctors for child-bearing costs.

(
Boston.Com) A Boston woman who gave birth after a failed abortion has filed a lawsuit against two doctors and Planned Parenthood seeking the costs of raising her child.

The complaint was filed by Jennifer Raper, 45, last week in Suffolk Superior Court... Raper claimed that she found out she was pregnant in March 2004 and decided to have an abortion for financial reasons.

a physician working for Planned Parenthood at the time, performed the procedure on April 9, 2004, but it "was not done properly, causing the plaintiff to remain pregnant". Raper then went to see Dr. Benjamin Eleonu at Boston Medical Center in July 2004, and he failed to detect the pregnancy...

Raper alleges in the suit that Planned Parenthood and Bryant were negligent for failing to end her pregnancy and that Eleonu was negligent for failing to see she was still pregnant.

How dare these doctors fail to kill, terminate, scramble the brain of her beautiful daughter... it’s just unacceptable in this world of compassion and love, isn’t it? Because now she’s expected to actually bear the responsibility of her actions.

My question is: why sue for child-bearing costs when you can put your child up for adoption? Instead of resenting your little girl for ruining your life, just give her to a family that would give anything to be able to have kids. To a family that would consider the option of giving birth or flushing a growing life down the shitter, an insult. Well, I guess the likelihood of scoring it big with a lawsuit is all the incentive needed to raise your own child... too bad life itself isn't.

My next question is: how will the daughter react when she finds out her mommy tried to kill her and when it failed, sued over the fact that she's not dead?

Libby Found Guilty... Who Cares?

Frankly, I no longer really care about Scooter Libby or Valerie Plame or the whole not-so-scandalous scandal. When compared to let's say, stuffing secret documents down your pants to hide evidence from the 9/11 commission or outing secret intelligence like the NYT and Washington Post, this rates about a “nothing” on my scale.

So he was found guilty of perjury... so what? Last time I checked, being found guilty of lying under oath was no big deal to the Democratic Party. In fact, it made a certain former president a rock star. So why don’t we cut the BS and go on about our day.

In more important news: This morning, while I was rushing to class, I was stuck behind one of those gaywad Toyota Priuses driving one of those queer ass tree-huggers going about 30 MPH on a street for which the speed limit is 45. Needless to say, I was somewhat late.

I’m glad you morons think you're saving the world one dorky looking car at a time. Just get the hell out of my way while you're doing it.

NYT: Doing All We Can for Al Qaeda

With so much going on in the world who can forget about those poor terrorists and their nonexistent constitutional rights? Certainly not the New York Times. The Terrorists' well-being is their numero uno priority. So they've come up with a must-do list; a list, of course, that is based upon false assertions.

It's the list of things we (evil Bush) need to do for those brave freedom fighters who are in our custody. -I will point out how ridiculous each is as we move along because some lefties might not understand what's wrong with the Times's assertions... so bear with me:
"The Must-Do List"

1) Restore Habeas Corpus
One of the new act’s most indecent provisions denies anyone Mr. Bush labels an “illegal enemy combatant” the ancient right to challenge his imprisonment in court... Senator Leahy of Vermont, has a worthy bill that would restore habeas corpus. It is essential to bringing integrity to the detention system and reviving the United States’ credibility. (The implication is that President Bush labels innocent people “illegal enemy combatant” for no reason other than he just feels like it)

2) Stop Illegal Spying
Mr. Bush’s program of intercepting Americans’ international calls and e-mail messages without a warrant has not ceased... Congress needs to pass a measure, like one proposed by Senator Dianne Feinstein, to force Mr. Bush to obey the law (It hasn’t ceased because A) it works and B) it’s not “illegal”)

3) Ban Torture, Really
The provisions in the Military Commissions Act that Senator McCain trumpeted as a ban on torture are hardly that. It is still largely up to the president to decide what constitutes torture and abuse for the purpose of prosecuting anyone who breaks the rules... (it’s up to the President to decide? It’s as if this Bush guy is some kind of policy maker)

4) Close CIA prisons
When the Military Commissions Act passed, Mr. Bush triumphantly announced that he now had the power to keep the secret prisons open. He cast this as a great victory for national security. It was a defeat for America’s image around the world. (A defeat for our image, eh? Well, get me a mirror so I can fix my hair... oh, wait a minute. My fuckin’ head has been cut off)

5) Account for Ghost Prisoners.
The United States has to come clean on all of the “ghost prisoners” it has in the secret camps.(See HRW Whines over Disappeared Terrorists)

6) Ban Tainted Evidence
The Military Commissions Act and the regulations drawn up by the Pentagon to put it into action, are far too permissive on evidence obtained through physical abuse or coercion. This evidence is unreliable. (Wrong! The evidence has saved thousands of American lives; you were just too busy outing Intel secrets to notice)

In other words, the NYT is saying that we should do everything we can to no longer practice covert intelligence effectively while undermining the President’s authority and giving terrorists constitutional protections. Alright, I think we’ll get right on it!

Global Warming... On Mars!!!

It seems that while Earth’s polar ice caps have been melting, our friends, the Martians, have been dealing with a little bit of global warming themselves. And I’ve just received a breaking report from Mars that indicates it’s not George Bush’s fault... it's the "wobbles".

(
National Geographic) Simultaneous warming on Earth and Mars suggests that our planet's recent climate changes have a natural—and not a human- induced—cause, according to one scientist's controversial theory.

In 2005 data from NASA's Mars Global Surveyor and Odyssey missions revealed that the carbon dioxide "ice caps" near Mars's south pole had been diminishing for three summers in a row.

Habibullo Abdussamatov, head of the St. Petersburg's Pulkovo Astronomical Observatory in Russia, says the Mars data is evidence that the current global warming on Earth is being caused by changes in the sun. "The long-term increase in solar irradiance is heating both Earth and Mars," he said.

Uh-oh! So what do the most devout global warmers have to say about the fact Mars is being warmed by natural occurrences, not humans? Well, according to them, this whole simultaneous warming-thing is one big cosmically ironic coinkeedink; that should in no way, get in the way of a global tax and the undermining of American power:

"His views are completely at odds with the mainstream scientific opinion," said Colin Wilson, a planetary physicist at England's Oxford University... The conventional theory is that climate changes on Mars can be explained primarily by small alterations in the planet's orbit and tilt, not by changes in the sun. "Wobbles in the orbit of Mars are the main cause of its climate change in the current era"...

All planets experience a few wobbles as they make their journey around the sun. Earth's wobbles are known as Milankovitch cycles... Mars and Earth wobble in different ways, and most scientists think it is pure coincidence that both planets are between ice ages right now.

If I may, let me get this straight. On Earth, it’s all America’s fault for the slight increase in overall temperature but on Mars it’s the “wobbles”? --I guess when geopolitics are involved it’s best to use humans and not the wobbles to push your agenda of mass hysteria. Otherwise, how can you blame the United States?

Prince Charlie: Ban MickyD’s. OpTimes: F- You

LONDON AP)— Prince Charles suggested Tuesday on a visit to the United Arab Emirates that banning McDonald's fast food was crucial for improving people's diets, a British news agency reported... Charles made the comments while visiting the Imperial College London Diabetes Center in Abu Dhabi.

Actually, I don’t give a flying imam if anyone banned McDonalds (it sucks). As long as Burger King and Whataburger are still churning out beefy awesomeness I couldn’t care less. But it’s the principle of the matter, damn it! I don’t want some dumbo-eared brit-hole slamming an American food chain like if his bollock-juice don’t stink.

You don’t see me complaining about their oral hygiene problem, now do ya? I would never say that Brits are kinda stinky and have bad teeth... I would never say that. I would never point out how gay they sound with that accent, either. It’s just not something I would do. And Buddha knows I would never say that their crappy sense of humor is played out...

And it’s not like their sports are really boring. I mean, I watch cricket all the time. And you gotta know what a crumpet is to understand cricket.

Anyway... what was I talking about?
